By Road
M40 from the South

• Exit M40 at junction 13. This is the exit just after Warwick Services.
  
• At top of slip-road take right turn signposted Warwick & Leamington.
  
• At first roundabout, take 3rd exit signposted Leamington.
  
• At next roundabout take 3rd exit, signposted Tachbrook.
  
• Turn left into Heathcote Way after approx. 200 yards (immediately after “Books for Students").
  
• Follow the road to the end, approx. 300 yards, past “Dennis Eagle” on your left.
  
• SMR has the two large buildings on the left at the end of the road, but visitors are requested to sign in at reception, which is in the building down the drive to the left.

• Exit M40 at junction 14. This is the exit just after the A46.
  
• Follow slip road over mini roundabout and straight on to major roundabout.
  
• At this major roundabout, take 2nd exit, signposted Leamington.
  
• At next roundabout take 3rd exit, signposted Tachbrook.
  
• Turn left into Heathcote Way after approx. 200 yards (immediately after “Books for Students").
  
• Follow the road to the end, approx. 300 yards, past “Dennis Eagle” on your left.

When Leaving Warwick
To get to the M40 Southbound

• Follow Heathcote Way to the junction at the top.
  
• Turn right and continue to first roundabout.
  
• At 1st roundabout take 2nd exit.
  
• At 2nd roundabout take 1st exit.
  
• Continue along road for approx. 1 mile and take M40 Southbound slip road.
  

• Follow Heathcote Way to the junction at the top.
  
• Turn right and continue to first roundabout.
  
• At 1st roundabout take 2nd exit.
  
• At 2nd roundabout take 2nd exit.
  
• Continue along this road for approx. 1 mile to mini-roundabout, where traffic must veer left over the motorway bridge onto M40 Northbound slip road.
