A rollout or deployment project has a clearly defined start and
finish date. However, once such a project is complete, there is
almost always a requirement for ongoing installations, moves, adds
and changes. SMR is ideally structured to deliver such a
service on your behalf, operating smoothly to a pre-agreed Service
Level Agreement (SLA), often with fast-track options built-in. We
have many years experience of operating both small and large IMAC
contracts - examples include working with a leading Building Society
and also with one of the best known British high-street retailers.
IMAC activities are supported across a range of technologies,
and can call on the many SMR resources and facilities highlighted
across this website. For example, we can hold your unused IT inventory
in our Warwick warehouse, fully insured and controlled by serial
number and maintainers' reference number. In addition, we could
hold an agreed quantity of pre-built and imaged equipment ready
for instant deployment. Our configuration facility can hold copies
of all of your software images, which can be regularly updated electronically
by your technical staff. With your images safely stored on a server
in our centre in Warwick, we can quickly build equipment to order
and deploy it to site. Our normal installation services would then
be used to complete the installation and remove any packaging and
legacy equipment back to Warwick, again fully tracked by serial
number.
IMAC activities can be supported twenty-four hours a day, seven
days a week.
